We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within this period and we are unable to fill the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within four weeks of the original appointment. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
If Evergreen Wellness must reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
How to Cancel an Appointment

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your session may be shortened if there are appointments scheduled straight after yours, and the full consultation fee will still apply. Missed appointments without 48 hours notice are non-refundable. -
Services and tests already provided are non-refundable. Treatment packages and programs are non-refundable, whether paid in full or through a payment plan. Herbal medicines are custom-prepared and strictly non-refundable. Additionally, supplements are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
Physical Products
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases. If you receive a defective product, contact Evergreen Wellness via email within 24 hours of receiving the product.Digital Products

Payments for online store purchases are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. Pre-payment for consultations is required at the time of booking through our website, which is integrated with SimpleClinic.Delivery of Goods

Payment for consultations and prescription products must be made at the time of booking or via invoice post-consultation.
Invoices must be paid by the due date. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate payment difficulties.
Treatment packages require full payment, and scheduled payments must be made on time. Payment is required regardless of attendance or completion.
